The Cleo dress is made in a Italian crepe, the halter neckline is accentuated with satin ties which can be finished in a bow/knot or simply draped over the the shoulder. Cleo is a maxi dress with pockets in side seam, the beautifully designed deep satin hem band complements the satin neckline ties.
